Curtains

 

I found these beautiful curtains at Main Street Discount in the $3.00 bin. They're machine made and probably not vintage but i feel in love with the sweet emrboidered yellow flowers and crochet trim. I originally bought them thinking i could make pillowcases out of them, but when i got them home i thought they would make lovely curtains in my bedroom. The problem is they are several inches too short. Any ideas on what i should do with them? i thought about either shortening them to make valances or possibly turning them into tab curtains. Any suggestions?
