Ok, I So Wish I Could Have Been Young in the 1940's

I was totally born in the wrong era, 1940's please! My Granny was my age now in the 1940's, she says it was not so great if you had to actually had to live through it, i'm sure the war years were very tough, but, i am so in love with the hair, clothes, shoes, and make-up of that era. Not to mention there was a man in uniform on every corner!
