A new frosting receipe

 

 

Alicia Paulson has the sweetest blog. She has one of those blogs that suck you in and you read a years worth of posts in a few hours like a novel. I followed this recipe and made her dark chocolate cake and her heavenly cloudburst frosting. I am forever seeking the perfect frosting and i think this is one of the best i have discovered. Like the name cloudburst this frosting is light and fluffy but not too sweet. The secret ingredient is a flour/whole milk mixture, who thinks to put flour in frosting? but it's so delicious.
